Shipping Policy

*Please note that due to an overwhelming amount of online shopping due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are delays within the postal service. Please have patience. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Rates are determined by Canada Post, calculated by weight. 


Please contact me for international shipping.

I use both Canada Post and Swiftpost (Canpar) to ship your orders.

Local to Oakville?

I offer pick up in Oakville if you would like to skip shipping. Just select "Pick Up" at checkout. I'll be in touch to arrange a time for you to pick up your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if you select that option at check out) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 



Due to the nature of my art I do not offer returns. Before purchasing please ask any questions you may have about colour, size or material. I want you to LOVE your new wall hanging and can answer any questions you may have.

If your item is damaged in transit you must take a photo and send it to me once you have received it. Opening a case with the postal service is suggested. However if your item is damaged and you want to return it, contact me first to arrange. Do not use UPS to do your return.
